I am sure many of you who are baking would have realised that baking is all about measurements. Baking by judging proportions doesn't work always. I have ended up in a big mess of cakes just missing few right things.
Sometimes when I try out an new recipe, I scale down the measurements to half so its easy to experiment with. These measurement figures come in handy, and very useful is the weighing machine.
I am now much excited giving my blog a start after months and added is the measurement of ingredients for my black forest cake. I am gonna enjoy baking!!!
