Crash diet does more bad than good, it seems an attractive way to lose few kg's but results in long term poor health as it deprives the essential nutrients required for the body. fast weight loss but weight gain later, skin looses shine and you look dull and lifeless. 

My view is to consume an healthy balanced diet whose results are slow but effective rather than the quick weight loss by crash diets which leaves you with long term diseases.
