Pineapple's secret to a flat stomach!!!

Pineapples are best eaten when fresh, but peeling and cutting can be a daunting task. Mostly we find street vendors selling pineapple wedges dusted with salt and chilli. It tastes yum!!! But did you know the power of pineapple beyond satisfying your taste palate. Pineapple has the great power to reduce tummies. One benefits having a strong sleek stomach after consuming pineapple by the following method.

Pineapple also is effective in reducing body heat.

Pineapple has less cholesterol and more water content.
Method:

1. Place the pineapple on its side.

2. Take a tablespoon of Ajwain seeds, and powder it. Mix this with the pineapple pieces and toss well. Add a tumbler of water enough to cover up the entire pineapple pieces.

3. Heat on medium flame for 20 minutes. Leave it to rest overnight.

4. Strain the pineapple pieces and reserve the water. Now, churn the pineapple pieces in a blender and add little by little the reserved stock pineapple water. The pineapple ajwain drink is now ready.

5. Transfer to a bottle and refrigerate until the stocks last. Make a fresh batch before it runs out.


Drink this recipe daily for ten days in the early morning before breakfast. You will start to notice difference after a week.
